Proving Abusive Phone Calls From Harassing Debt Collectors
The Oregon Debt Blog has a very good article on how to prove abusive phone calls from harassing debt collectors without recording the calls. Please read the entire post but here are the major categories that are described:
1. Take notes;
2. Have witnesses;
3. Get your phone records;
4. Save your answering machine tapes or voice-mails; and
5. Caller ID.
